Shipping and Handling Policy

Thank you for shopping at Acts of Compassion Outreach. Please read the Shipping and Handling Policy carefully before proceeding.

Interpretation and Definitions



The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.



For the purposes of this Shipping and Handling Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Acts of Compassion Outreach, LLC, P.O. Box 73622, Puyallup, WA 98376.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Acts of Compassion Outreach, accessible from

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Standard Delivery

After an Order is submitted, it takes 3-7 business days to fulfill the request. Once the Order is completed, the product(s) is prepared for shipment.

The time it takes to ship the product(s) depends on your location. The estimated times are as follows:

  • USA: 5-10 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 10-20 business days after fulfillment


The Company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control. Processing times and fulfillment may be delayed or extended due to COVID-19 restrictions, during holidays, or high peak volumes during various seasons. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.


International Orders

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. These charges are the responsibility of You, the buyer, and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Us.


Package Delay Beyond Estimated Date

What to do if your package has not arrived at the estimated date provided.

  • Check shipping confirmation to ensure the address is correct

  • Click on the tracking link provided to check for updates or delays

  • Check to see if the package was left with a neighbor

  • Ensure it’s not a holiday since package delivery volumes increase during these times and may cause delays

If none of these are applicable You can contact us via email. If you find a mistake in the address, please contact us immediately. Replacement required because of an error on your part (e.g. incorrect address, etc.) can be sent but shipping will be at your expense. See the “Contact Us” section for email information.



Orders are made on-demand and specifically made for You. Please ensure the contact information submitted at checkout is typed correctly. You will be responsible for any errors, typos, inadequate information incorrectly submitted. Again, we are not responsible for delays if the information is incorrect, and reshipments of Goods will be at your expense.



Shipping rates are at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to change.
